Aiyyaa Movie Review: Ready for a 'WAKDA' ride?
'Aiyyaa!... ishhh!... aga bai!' She's finally back to take us for a 'WAKDA' ride. Yeh, we're talking about our funny, quirky Marathi mulgi Meenakshi Deshpande aka Rani Mukherjee and her latest madcap comedy movie Aiyyaa. After ruling the roost for decades now, Rani goes 'hatke' this time with bulbs flashing all around her in Aiyyaa.
Aiyyaa is humorous and interesting. It's a treat to all the Rani Mukherjee fans out there as it promises out and out 'Entertainment, 'Entertainment' and 'Entertainment'. The best thing about Aiyyaa is that it balances well on both the aspects of comedy and sensitivity. Kudos to director Sachin Kundalkar and his ability to stumble upon humour in the most ordinary situations.
Saif Ali Khan wedding with Kareena Kapoor is anti Islamic!
Leading Islamic seminary Darul Uloom Deoband has claimed that Saif Ali Khan's wedding with Kareena Kapoor is anti Islamic as Kareena Kapoor did not convert to Islam before the marriage.
The Islamic institution located in Deoband, a town in Saharanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, told TOI, "Kareena did not convert to Islam before her marriage with Saif. Islam does not approve of such marriages."
"According to the Muslim laws, since Kapoor has not converted to Islam, this marriage is anti-Islam," said Habibur Rahman, a senior cleric of the seminary.
Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor got married on October 16. The couple got their marriage registered in Mumbai.
The five-day wedding celebrations of actors Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor culminated in a grand Mughal themed reception in Delhi yesterday with political and Bollywood bigwigs in attendance.
