Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone ready to act in Malayalam
Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone says that she is ready to act in Malayalam cinema. She was at Thiruvananthapuram to inaugurate the new showroom of Tissot watch company. The crowd got crazy at seeing the B-town beauty.
"I love Kerala, I love Kerala food", says Deepika. When asked whether she likes to act in Malayalam cinema she replies that she is ready to act if she gets a chance. "I got no films in Malayalam, of course. If I get, I would like to act in Malayalam".
'Race 2' alongside Saif Ali Khan and Rohit Shetty's 'Chennai Express' opposite Shahrukh Khan are her upcoming projects. She is also eagerly waiting for the release of her Kollywood debut Soundarya Rajnikanth's 'Kochadaiyaan' opposite Rajnikanth.
Suresh Gopi against AMMA decisions
Actor Suresh Gopi said at a Press Conference at Kollam that he keeps himself away from the meetings of Amma Association due to personal reasons. He could not accept certain decisions and opinions of the association.
He also speaks out against the superstars. Suresh Gopi said that he has no comments regarding the absence of the superstars at the funeral of the veteran actor Thilakan. Instead, he stands up for director Ranjith who criticized those who were at war with Thilakan during his lifetime and later praised him after his death.
He took a sabbatical from films as he was busy with television programs. Suresh Gopi adds that he is not interested in politics but if it happens he considers it his destiny.
Jomon T John busy with new projects

The latest entrant to the list is cinematographer Jomon T John who has been noted for his realistic and artistic frames. Now a days he is one of the most sought after technicians in Malayalam cinema.
Jomon shot to fame with his work in 'Chaappa Kurish'. It was the first film where camera work has been done with the help of a digital still cam. The beautiful frames in the movie 'Beautiful', directed by V K Prakash, have won him accolades.
His work in 'Thattathin Marayathu' was as poetic as the title of the movie. His latest film 'Ayalum Njanum Thammil' has released today. Jomon's next venture is Martin Prakkat's 'ABCD' starring Dulquer Salman.

Vineeth Sreenivasan-Divya Narayanan tie the knot.
Vineeth Sreenivasan and Divya Narayanan, whom he has been dating for the past eight years tied the knot in a traditional Malayalali Hindu ceremony in Kannur at Dinesh Auditorium on Thursday.
The muhurtham was at 10.30 am and the marriage went off peacefully. Sreenivasan, father of the groom and his mother Vimala Sreenivasan along with brother Dyan were seen busy receiving and entertaining the guests.
Vineeth Sreenivasan looked handsome dressed in a traditional off-white mundu and silk shirt, whereas the bride looked ravishing in a fuchsia pink heavily brocaded Kanchivaram sari and matching gold ornaments. After the customary exchange of garlands, guests lined up to strike a pose with the newly-wed couple.
Actors Nivin Pauly, Aju Varghese, Samvritha Sunil, Bhagath, Jagadeesh, Kottayam Nazeer, Sudheesh, Vineeth Kumar, Kozhikode Narayanan Nair, Kannur Sree Latha, directors Hariharan, Lal Jose, CPM leaders Kodiyeri Bala Krishnan, EP Jaya Rajan, MLAs TV Rajesh, minister K Mohanan, PV Gangadharan and many others attended the function.
A grand reception will be arranged at Gokulam Convention Centre in Eranakulam for his friends in the film fraternity on October 20. Both Divya and Vineeth will fly to Mauritius to celebrate their honeymoon.
